I contacted Dreamworks Collision, and they replied to my request within 1-2 hours, which is super fast service! Jessica and her team were very responsive and gave an honest assessment with solutions to the problems with my car. Since my dents were more minor, she referred me out to James from Dent Ninja. James was also very responsive, and was able to work on my paintless dent repairs within 2 days! He offered a service for an affordable price, beating the competitor’s out on the market. This place was great! They were fast, efficient, and my car came out looking brand new. The desk staff, estimator, and techs were all so friendly, and not condescending at all (like so many auto shops). They even set me up with a loaner car which was such a huge convenience. Would absolutely recommend!

I got rear ended, and insurance company had these guys as the closest. I decided to choose them, not knowing anything about their quality of work. But let me tell you I’m more than impressed with the work they did! Truck looks amazing! Anyone looking for their vehicle to be detailed 11/10 would recommend this place!

I have to say this shop is the best! I had a huge booboo my brand new Chevy Silverado 2500hd and met with Jack there to go over the repairs. First he reassured me that since I was covered by State Farm not to worry because the shop is an approved service vendor and I won't have to haggle or get involved with that side of it - they will do it all. Next is the quality of the body work. Jack said you will have a truck that will look there was no accident and he was right! They also were able to offer a linex liner for the bed of the truck box at an incredible rate versus painting it. All I had to pay was my deductible and a small additional for the liner after insurance offset most of it. I highly recommend this shop and the people doing the work, excellent service!
