Austin Brothers has given us consistently professional and kind service. Our son with disabilities had a major brake job to get done and they took great care of him with me helping with communication via phone. He paid less than half of what we were quoted for the job at another shop in Conway!! They got him right in and had the job done in the amount of time they estimated. I also love that they answer the phone every time I call and they are quick to help without putting me on hold. Every person I've talked to has been courteous and helpful. Wish we had more honest and capable businesses like Austin Brothers. Thank you, Charlie, and all employees there for such excellent service.

Without a doubt the best tire shop in Conway. Got a screw lodged in my tire and they plugged it and didn’t charge me. Will certainly be coming here for all my other tire needs! Friendliest staff and great people. Best shop in Conway!

Would not recommend. Had some front end work done about a year and a half ago. They didn't put the bolt back in the caliper resulting in it coming off and ruining the wheel. They did replace it so I gave them a few more chances. Took my vehicle back in with an oil leak, brakes, and rotors that needed to be replaced. They said they dont fix oil leaks, my brake pads were at 40% still, then told me I have a grooved right rotor. . That's why I took it in. Left with only an oil change and I change my own oil.

The service representatives really go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction and confidence. They are simply my Go-To! .... I occasionally patron Austin's for most of my heavy maintenance needs. Austins Always complete the job on time, professionally and are consistent with communicating the repairs with you as they go. When you encounter a problem after any part of the work that has been performed they will immediately address and correct the issues upon discovery or when returned after check and test.
