Mothers Ac stop working. Took it here and Don took care of me like family. Explain everything to me and prices were more than fair. Got a new evaporator and she’s blowing ICE cold again. Highly recommend! Will be taking all my family/friends cars here!

I understand electrical issues being a pain, complicated, and expensive. What I don't understand is when I make an appointment, I expect to be taken care of professionally. Leaving my car in the same spot for 5 hours, then only looking at the car when I sit down in your lobby is not good to me. I paid a decent amount for a small inspection, but if you don't care about my car, then I'm not buying the expensive repair. Pathetic

Auto Air & Electric has been taking care of my 3 fleet vehicles for several years. I can rely on John and the entire staff to consistently provide quality work that gets my trucks back on the road in a timely manner. I always get an update call with a price that I find very fair and competitive. The entire crew answers all my questions to my satisfaction. I have never had an issue or complaint. They run a solid and honest repair business.

My mother was just there on Friday June 6th. Had an appointment for 8am and never got her car checked that day. She decided to leave it over the weekend at the shop as the employee told her it will be looked at on Monday. She calls Monday to see the progress on her car and the employee asked her if her car was there. No one had a clue about her car being there. At the end of everything the employee lied to her and said that her car keys were missing. I guess an employee took them home with him and never said anything about to her. This place so unprofessional and disrespectful towards my mother. Shady employees and not trust worthy. I won’t recommend this auto shop is anyone especially women. They’ll treat you unfairly.

My Chrysler 200 convertible has been a problem since we bought it two years ago. I finally found someone to fix it! Thank you for getting us in and finally resolving my issue.
