Exchange lift kits and install rear bumper. Scheduled appointment and expected a 2 day installation. There was more accessories for the bumper extending the time , touched base with owner and he told me that he didn't think it could get all done before closing time. (💯% respect for honesty) given my previous experiences with other shops, I appreciated the transparency. I asked owner to finish alignment. Said he would have it completed by 3. (Closing time). And it was!!! 🙌💪. The ride is butter, old man emu bp51s with upper control arms. Bumper looks amazing as well. Did everything I requested with the pinch of time and got it back without excuses.
