This was my first visit to Discount Tire in Wentzville, and the customer experience was absolutely top-notch. I really appreciated getting a message the morning of my appointment explaining exactly where to park and letting me know they’d be ready for me. Being greeted right at my vehicle made a great first impression, and the signage directing customers is a nice touch. Elijah could not have been more pleasant. Shane greeted us at the door (8 degrees outside) and welcomed us to the store. He Provided information to us about our vehicles tires: very informative and knowledgeable. I always receive fast professional service at Discount Tire Stores, they are fast and efficient and offer fair pricing for their tires and service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wheels and tires; they recently balanced my rv trailer tires and did a great job!

I went Into discount tire to see about having them look at a tire that was slowly losing air. Not only did they get me in quick, but they were so friendly, so informative, not pushy in the slightest. Had me in and out within an hour with a completely fixed tire. At no charge! I can’t say enough about how friendly the employees were. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Nico and Elijah at Discount Auto Tire here in town. When I got to work this morning, my tire was hissing and I thought I’d hit a nail. After fix a flat wouldn’t work I stopped by Discount Auto. Turns out the whole inner tire was shredded and completely unsafe to drive on. We were fortunate that it didn’t blow on the highway.
