Caliber Collision

I had to have some body work done recently and Caliber was a preferred shop of my insurer. They scheduled me quickly and got things done as promised. The car was spotless when returned. Excellent work.

Had to get some bodywork and paint done. The team got me in kept me in the loop and the whole process and my truck came back looking amazing looking like a brand new truck. Their team here is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork and paint. A++++

My car was getting fixed here at Caliber Collision on Wilmer Road and our experience was overall amazing. The team was extremely kind and super friendly. They texted with updates and walked me through the entire claims process. Katie called with details and helped coordinate everything. Upon pick up, Amy assisted me with the paperwork and shared the final information. I was very pleased and at ease. My car looks brand new and I am excited to leave with it! Highly recommend them. The process was pleasant from beginning to end.

I had my car damaged in September of this year. Most shops in the STL area were booked to not even have an assessment done until late October, early November. I was luckily able to happen upon this Caliber location during a business trip through Wentzville. I called and they were able to get me in for an assessment the very next day. Got the Vehicle back early December but I have 0 complaints because the industry as a whole is having a hard time getting parts in for vehicle repair. I also know if I hadn't gotten lucky and got in when there was availability, instead of driving my vehicle happily now already early December, the other shops would have easily been January or later. 100% highly recommend!

I had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision in Wentzville, and while the body work was completed, I noticed a crack in the windshield when I came to pick up my car. I immediately notified the staff, and they assured me that their windshield service would come to my home to fix it, so I wouldn’t need to return to the shop. However, after two weeks passed with no update, I had to follow up myself. I was then told they would coordinate with me to schedule the windshield replacement at my convenience. Another week went by—now three weeks total—and I was informed that I would need to bring the car back to the shop on a date they selected, which directly contradicted what I had previously been told.
