Auto Body & Repair Shop Tempe

I feel like some of the reviews are not authentic. I got my car fixed here and it took a while in which they said because of my insurance and parts. Okay fine. Once I got my car everything appeared okay until the tire shop looked underneath my car and discovered a major part missing. They told me “oh, it’s just a bag there”, bag or no bag clearly the piece is missing. I paid $300 out of pocket to get this fixed. They didn’t replace the screws on the part behind the tire so it flapped around. The cap to my windshield fluid was missing which they were aware of and told me they were going to order one. Samantha completely ghosted me and I have the text messages showing so. I tried so many times to rectify this with them before posting this review. Overall I wish I looked around more before ch

The entire front driver’s side of my Jeep Compass was wrecked. They took me in right away and before I knew it, it was time to pick up! I received constant updates so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I also had them paint my rims black, and replace my windshield. Never thought my car could look new again after all of the damage, but it came out looking even better than when I originally bought it!

I asked them to make my car safe but it didn't have to be beautiful. They did! But they also buffed the scratches to make her pretty. Most expensive car wash...but worth every penny. Samantha returned phone calls promptly, and Sam was easy to talk to and honest.

This was one of the worst experiences with a body shop. Being new to the city, I selected a shop that had good reviews, and I wanted to support a small business. 1. This is not where they repair your car. They had me leave my car they picked it up and took it to another location. 2. They had my car for 2 weeks before they submitted the supplement to my insurance company. 3. Once the supplement was approved, I communicated to them that my insurance company would only pay for my rental car for 1 more week. I offered to pick up my car, and they said no, we will get started, and if we don't have it finished, we will provide you a rental car. The day comes for me to pick up my rental car from them they say they don't have a car available, but I can pick up my car until the rent

Absolutely amazing ! I got into a car accident and quite frankly I didn’t think my car would be salvageable. I got recommended to go here and they fixed all the damages, repainted it all at a reasonable price! Will definitely be sending my brother here to get his car fixed, thank you guys !!
