Auto Body Xperts

I had a vehicle repaired by Wayland Auto Body Xperts a few years ago due to getting rear ended and that repair went fairly well and I had a good experience so I brought it back on Jan 29, 2026 when I hit a deer and needed some body work. I dropped it off on the 29th not knowing the full cost of the repair (having only been given an initial quote) and not knowing if insurance had approved to repair. I hadn't gotten any communication until Feb 6th when I received a notification through my insurance app that they had paid out the claim. At that point, I had an ETA of the 13th for repairs to be complete. No communication from WABX so I called on Thursday the 12th for a status update. They said it would not be ready and they would touch base with me Friday the 13th to update me on a new ETA. Th

From the moment I walked in the door and through the picking up of my vehicle after the repairs were completed, I was completely satisfied. The staff was warm, friendly and professional. They always reached out to let me know the progress of the repairs. Answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Auto Body Xperts to anyone looking for a place to have their vehicles repaired. Job well done!

They did a great job fixing our vehicle after it was hit by a deer. They kept us informed the whole way and completely handled insurance and our rental car. They had the rental brought to the repair shop for a smooth easy swap.

My insurance claim was handled quickly. My service was scheduled quickly. We got my car back sooner than expected and it was cleaned inside and out. The repair job was wonderful. All of the personnel that we dealt with were very friendly.

They did a great job on my car. Original completion date was pushed out due to having to order more parts but was completed a few days prior to the new completion date given. Work was excellent and they cleaned the inside very nicely.
