Amazing group of professionals who know how to do their job well! They treat customers right and take care or unexpected surprises. For the sake of privacy I won’t mention any names, just the titles. On Hershey RV Show General RV salesman sold us a 2025 Winnebago View 24D - an impossible task in my opinion. Me and my wife came prepared NOT to buy anything. General RV team made it irresistible and super easy. During the next week finance rep did an excellent job shopping for the lowest financing rate (no other lender came close). He also made a lot of work preparing registration paperwork, dealing with multiple states bureaucracies and time constraints. He had spent a lot of effort explaining us all the complexities of extended warranty. At the end his effort made a huge difference -

We purchased a used camper, so we were expecting the used purchase experience that you would get at a car dealership. It was also our first time buying a camper from a dealer. We've owned a few campers and usually purchase them from a private seller. We didn't know what to expect. What I loved about General RV, was the fact that items with the used camper were addressed without having to push for them. You just did it. New tires, slide out motor, flooring, slide out seal, LED light. We didn't have to argue to get these addressed, they were just done with no questions asked. General RV was a great place to work with today. From first talking to Brian and he referring me to Tristan, Because he was out of town. I can’t say anything good enough, except everyone there that I worked with was amazing. From Brian to Tristan to the sales manager and the financial person, they made it extremely easy for me to purchase a trailer. Tristan showed me a few trailers and gave me a great deal on the one I wanted.I would give General RV and their employees all five stars. Thanks again Tristan for making it easy for me to purchase a travel trailer without my husband. He’s a little mad but he’ll get over it. See you next week to finalize everything. This has been the second RV I've purchased from General RV and I can't think that I could have had a better experience. The entire team was positive and helpful. From the front door to sales , financial, the explanation of all the features of my 5th wheel to the help I received in the shop.
