By far my best car buying experience. We went in knowing which car we wanted to test. After a test drive we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Price negotiation went well and they took my trade which was in pretty bad shape. I drove my new car off the lot same day. There was a slight problem with the paperwork and they fixed it and were apologetic for the mistake. Excellent experience. I would recommend to everyone!

My experience with everyone at Auto Cape was (and continues to be) very good. Not high pressure sales! I was able to take a car to my mechanic for inspection prior to making an offer. There was a repair needed to the exhaust, which Auto Cape took care of prior to me buying the car. After my purchase, there was an issue with one of the headlights. Auto Cape was very responsive and ultimately resolved and repaired the issue. They also assisted me with some other items I needed for the car that were not included in the sale. They have been very responsive and helpful.

Very happy with my experience and purchase! I did negotiate on price, and appreciated our back and forth. We quickly landed on a fair amount (including a trade-in) for a vehicle in really good shape. Highly recommend if you’re seeking a used car on mid Cape.

I had a great experience at Auto Cape as I was looking for a second vehicle. I had just left a big dealership and was very frustrated with customer service. I stop by Auto Cape where I have purchased a vehicle from them in the past. They were very professional honest and easy to work with. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! This was the smoothest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I spoke to Mike on Thursday 3/14. He answered the phone and was so friendly. Being in Hyannis and calling from Watertown I had to make sure the car was the one I wanted before taking a day off to go see it. Mike was helpful, transparent and honest. While speaking he provided me the car fax and everything checked out. I placed a $200 deposit on the vehicle. Yesterday, Friday 3/15, I drove down and was greeted by Ali. Also super friendly and helpful. The vehicle was out front ready to go. It drove beautifully and was exactly as advertised. When I returned Mike was there and we went through the car.
