Auto Care Clinic Woodstock

This just gets better!!! I had someone fix my car. It needed a WATER PUMP & THERMOSTAT. Not a head gasket or a used motor! CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *while they can’t find me in their system, they know who I am. I’m the only orange Element owner they took advantage of recently I’m sure! I took my car there when it overheated. They did a compression test and it passed, but it still can have a bad head gasket. They never did a leak down test on my car like they said they were going to do, if they did they didn't charge me for it or put it on the paperwork. I knew my car needed a head gasket but they said all was ok. Proceeded to charge me almost $500 to "fix it". We were on our way to North Carolina from Philadelphia area when our car broke down on interstate 81. We were able to get our car to Auto Care Center in Woodstock and they did a fantastic job repairing at a decent price. They were so courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them.

This visit was a much better experience than my first one. I came in for a tire repair, and overall everything felt more reasonable this time — the price was fair and the staff were polite and professional. I especially want to thank the young gentleman who helped shuttle us back and forth. He was extremely kind, courteous, and patient, and his driving was very smooth, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. His attitude really stood out and made a difference. Overall, this visit left me with a better impression, and I truly appreciate the improved service.

I am very picky about who services my car. My mechanic couldn't get to my oil change, so I did research and found this place in Woodstock, near my work. Ryan was very nice and someone gave me a ride to work. The cost was less than the estimate and the estimate for another issue is very reasonable. Becky was so friendly and welcoming to me. I have a new car repair mechanic. I'm switching to them!! Thank y'all so much!!!

So convenient. Used online scheduling for a state inspection and an oil & filter change. All was carried out in a very timely manner and I was headed back home quickly. Appreciate the fast service. Highly recommend this car care facility.
