Extremely Friendly and Helpful. I was limping a leaky tire to work and they were to busy to fit me in but they still made time to put air in my tire for me so I could get to work. Great people would use them all the time if I lived in the area.

Called them up and asked if the could mount a full set of tires on a set of wheels, the rims were off the car. They specified they were slightly busy, but would get to them when they could. 2 days later, they called and were done. Absolutely loved it, was expecting at least a week bc I know how shops are... so I'm definitely coming back. Plus an old high school acquaintance works there and has been for years, and from what I remember... he has always worked on cars. (MOUNTED A FULL SET OF KUHMO's ON A FULL SET OF ENKEI J10's)

I will not be doing further business here. I have brought a few things here for tires. They are an upsell bait and switch artists. I brought my truck in for four new tires, old ones worn perfectly evenly. I left for a long trip in one week and ordered 4 new tires. Dropped truck off for them and they called me saying they couldn't put the tires on because the ball joints were bad. But had a price to put ball joints on it wouldnt you know. I had to tell them to put the tires on I didn't have time for games. New tires were on for a year and I eventually changed the very slightly worn ball joint myself but tires wore evenly. Im paying you to put tires on, quit trying to upsell and play games. Not everyone has time to waste on appointments that then the work doesn't happen then more appointmen

On Thursday, May 1, 2025, much to our dismay, while traveling on I-81from Louisa, VA to Maine we blew a good one year old tire that may have been defective when purchased. We absolutely were blessed when our son-in-law in Culprpper directed us to Hepner Tire & Auto! Their concern and incredible service was remarkable and dearly appreciated. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to one & all!

I can't say enough good things about this business! I traveled to Woodstock to take a friend to a physical therapy appointment. I got a flat tire and was able to get to Hepner's on the spare. The gentleman at the desk, I believe his name was Eddie, was so welcoming and friendly! He had my tire replaced in under an hour and I was safely on my way back home! Thanks for the great service and comfortable waiting area! Highly recommend!
