I showed up for my 2pm appt and no one was here. I asked the gentleman working at the body shop where everyone is and he said they went to lunch and doesn't know when they'll be back. Uhm. Okay? Then why did they make me an appointment at 2pm. I just drove over a mountain with a failing brake for this appointment. I waited around for 20 minutes and finally just left.

They were amazing and took the time to not only do my inspection, but my wife’s, While they were extremely busy and backed up very very good customer service!

I really appreciate all the care Wiles puts into helping me maintain my car. I usually just get oil changes and inspections, and they are helpful about telling me the additional things I need to know. They helped me realize I needed to change my tires and brake pads, but never made me feel compelled to do it right then. They’re really laid back and reliable. All in all, I completely recommend Wiles!

I have a 1982 Jeep CJ7 and had replaced the front left caliper and the brake master cylinder but started having an issue with both of my front calipers locking solid after a few minutes of driving. After hours of searching every forum, watching every video, and just generally trying to figure it out, I still couldn't place the issue. I called Wiles and made an appointment for the next day, had it towed, and within 3 days my Jeep had the issue fixed as well as a new inspection. When I picked it up not only was I in and out of the office within 10 minutes but Brian (the owner) explained what the issue was, how he fixed it, and showed me how to fix it if the issue ever occurred again.
