Auto Collision Repair

We were in town for only a few days and had some unexpected bumper damage. Clif was great to work with. He got us in and repaired quickly and the cost was completely reasonable. He was honest with us and even wanted us to be aware of a difference of only a couple of dollars between the estimate and actual cost.

Where do I even start with all the wonderful customer service? Mayhaps a list is in order. First of all, Cliff's initial bid was already over a grand below any other collision damage repair shop within five miles of him. Secondly, the work and dedication put into this job was extremely impressive. When I got my car back, no kidding, this is not an exaggeration, it looked better than it ever had the entire time I owned it. It was like getting back a brand new car! and Lastly, the attention to detail and appreciation for the customers needs is really out of sight at this place. Cliff was able to reuse molding, get me over 50% off on a great new hood for the vehicle, and still keep the final cost UNDER the initial bid. My hat is off to this place truly. Just got my car back today. Despite the few scary reviews they had, the family was awesome. They truly tried to help me as much as they could. Even working on Saturday which is their off day to hand me the car. I got 2 estimates the first one was 7K from another shop and 5k from the other one. Auto Collision gave me a 2.6k-ish estimate and the final was the exact(the repair time was also exact). I asked them to only replace parts that are necessary and they agreed to do that. Niki was awesome. She’s very kinds and friendly. The shop made me feel realize good people still exist. They cleaned my car before handing me it as well. Small things that made my day.

Took my car in because I got rear-ended and the repair to my back bumper was fast and looks amazing. They matched the paint perfectly and even gave me a touch up bottle of paint when I went to pick up my car. My step-dad has been taking his cars hear for years and has always been more then happy with the outcome. Cliff does an amazing job and highly recommend going here. Outstanding service!!!!!! Fantastic service. My Honda needed a lot of work that wasn’t covered by insurance. Cliff took the time to source affordable parts for me, and had my mess of a Honda back in a reasonable time.
