I want to stop by saying that I'm a lifelong friend of John's cousin and we has several mutual friends. I purchased three cars from him over the years and as long as the vehicles have no issues the transactions go smoothly. Unfortunately that has not been my experience when a vehicle does have problems. I purchased an SUV from John in October 2026. After driving it for a couple weeks I noticed something wasn't right with the engine. I brought it back to him and he checked the engine ,drove it around with me and couldn't find anything wrong. Fast forward to now: the vehicle broke down 2 weeks ago on the highway. The fuel pump failed,timing chain went,the valve head is bent, and there are additional issues with the engine. I called and text John several times and he has not responded at all.

Brought my truck here today. John did an amazing job. My truck is a 2016 Toyota Tacoma and was pretty dirty. When I picked my truck up, it looked like it just came out of a showroom. I highly recommend his service. His pricing is excellent. You will be happy with his service

I was new to Hanover and knew i needed new brakes on my Nissan. My buddy recommended Auto Etc and he was 100% correct when he said they were honest, reasonable, upfront and professional. Now i will pass on that same message. Great shop!

John sold me a car that had a transmission fail three weeks after purchase. Subsequently, he ducked multiple phone calls. When I finally got him on the phone he did nothing to help the situation. This dealership sells lemons. Stay away.
