Auto Express

I've been going here for a handful of years, I've always received good service for reasonable prices. Large lobby with free Wi-Fi when waiting for an oil change or inspection. My only real complaint is they are a bit slow, but in context of everything else that's not too big a deal for me.

Got an oil change for my 2006 Tundra. Reasonable price. Nice waiting room with wifi - you don't have to stay sitting in your vehicle. They checked my rear shocks at my request and said they look good.

I’ve gone to Auto Express for 7–8 consecutive oil changes. During today’s oil change, I specifically asked for the engine filter and the oil filter to be replaced at this visit, as they had never been replaced before at this location. When I went to pay the bill, I noticed only the oil change had been charged. I asked why the engine filter and oil filter weren’t changed, I was told it wasn’t needed. When I said this is approximately my 8th time here, I’m surprised that the engine filter couldn’t do with a replacement, I was told something to the effector of “mileage varies”. I had to go to Trader Joe’s and knew I’d pass a Jiffy Lube next to LLBean. I asked them to take a look at the engine filter, when they pulled it out, it was black and had several leaves on it. This place is hit or miss. The last couple times I went they missed things wrong with my car...e-brake was stuck which caused back brakes to wear in 10k miles. They tried to tell me I must have changed how I was driving.. Today I stopped to get a rideshare inspection and was told the line was too long to do it. I was only the 2nd car..just say you want to go home early..Hopefully they'll be better if I go again.

Very disorganized. I used to like this place but something has changed. They don't allow reservations for services so require first come first serve - the most recent times I've gone has shown me that this doesn't work. It took two hours to get an oil change, they had other cars go in front of me because of thr disorganization even though I was in front of the line. Won't be going back.
