Golden Nozzle Car Wash

I went to the car wash for the sole purpose of washing the salt off the undercarriage of my truck. I paid premium for the wash in order to do so… not a drop of water touched a single component of the underside of my vehicle. Cmon fellas… you have thousands of people relying on you after these storms and if this is what we’re doing that isn’t fair.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash this morning. As I was going through the tunnel, the car in front of me failed to move forward at the end of the wash. Meanwhile, the conveyor belt kept pushing my car forward, resulting in me rear-ending that car. To make matters worse, the car behind me was also pushed forward and rear-ended my car. The driver of the front car took off, but luckily, my dashcam caught everything. This situation could have been avoided if the car wash had better monitoring and an emergency stop system in place to prevent collisions inside the tunnel. I expected a safe and smooth process, but instead, I left with damage to my vehicle. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their safety measures. Definitely gone downhill. This is the second time that I've asked the people working there to do the low side panels of my car because their car wash does not reach them and they come out dirty. Last time they sent me on my way without doing it and this time both of the people working looked at me like I had two heads and didn't even make a move to wash anything. I've also noticed that the entire cycle is somewhat shorter so that you are in there for less time and obviously getting less of a wash. Please hire people that are less apathetic.

This place is horrible. 4 of the 5 self serve wash stations don’t work. End of brush ripped off and the one that does work has no soap. The full service is expensive and no one dries car and again I don’t think they use a lot of soap. Total rip off and I would never ever go here again

usually a big fan of this wash, which I use a lot, but last wash, I bought 'the works' and the wash bands left tread marks on all four upper corners of my car. I bought car wax to try to get rid of the marks, but they're still visible. I wrote to customer service about this, they promised a coupon for a 'golden wash' so that the hot wax can help cover the marks, but I only received a coupon for the basic 'wash.' When I responded that I'd like a 'golden wash' coupon as promised, I've received no response.
