I’ve gone here a handful of times for oil changes that went ok. This time around I went in for a state inspection and left with more problems. My windshield fluid was not spraying. They said it was the motor that needed to be replaced. Almost $300 there. Was also told to watch out for some “goo” that they saw but was told I would be alright. As soon as I left the property it failed to work. Turned right back around and was told it was a loose hose. Two days later it was faulty again. I was told there was an issue with my windshield fluid reservoir. A critter had made its way into the tank, hence the "goo". They offered to clean it and replace the hoses again. Fine. Another almost $300 dollars. Across about 5 or 6 trips to this place for a single issue, and my wiper fluid was still not spra

Longest tire change of my life. They ask for this review by a sign on the wall. I’m leaving this review before the work was complete. The staff is pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable but a four tire change is going to take over an hour. I can’t speak to the quality of work but I can tell you to be very patient and plan to fill at least an hour for tire changes.

Came in for a coolant flush and requested for oem parts. They are super professional and will listen to any request you have. My experience here has repeatedly been better than dealers who try to oversell you and consistently fail to do work to correct spec. Price is very good for the quality of service u receive!

Great front desk john, Dave, Dustin and of course, Tim. Great advice for snow tires. Made an appointment was seen on time and the work was completed on time. Drove through the wicked snow storm and moved through with no problems. Great experience. Highly recommend this Firestone service center.

Came in, for the first time, to get my tire patched for a small hole last night. Turns out my tire needs to be replaced and all staff especially Tim and Dustin were extremely kind and easy going about what the next steps might be. They were quick and efficient. Definitely recommend
