EVEN IF YOU NEED A QUICK OIL CHANGE I WOULD NOT GO HERE BIG DUDE COMES TO YOUR WINDOW TRYING TO SELL YOU THE MOST FOR YOUR CAR JUST FORCING ME TO TRY AN BUY A SERVICE I HAD A COUPON AND WAS NOT USED!!! Will never come back this was officially the last time and 100% don’t recommend coming here or to any jiffy lube this is the 3rd time someone tries to tell me something I don’t need and get money out of me

I'm so impressed with the tire pressure monitoring system service I received at Jiffy Lube! The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Especially Winnie, he is very nice and helpful. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. My car is running smoothly and safely now.

As far as the oil change goes, it wasn't too bad. $125 for that and the fluid/brake/tire checks. Seems a little steep but not that bad. What got me was the air filters. A cabin filter and an engine air filter came out to about $110 by themselves. That is highway robbery. These must be marked up 300%. They asked if I wanted it but conveniently dont tell you the price until its done. I should have asked first but I figured it would be an average upcharge for the filters and the tiny bit of maintenance it takes to swap them. All in all i wont ever bother coming back. Use your local shop and youtube for the filters if you need it.

vinnie and gus are the best!!!! i always feel so taken care of and spoken to with respect and absolute kindness , absolutely fair deals and they stick to their promises. love these people been coming here for a year and a half since i leased my car

Have been to this location a few times out of necessity. Have never gotten the best vibes; my suspicions have been confirmed. Was told that I needed back brakes very soon, and that I would be lucky to make it to my destination for the holidays. Obviously, not wanting to drive with faulty brakes, I heeded their warning and drove cautiously, having my breaks checked at another Jiffy Lube location in Warsaw, Indiana. They gave me an honest breakdown of the state my car was in, told me my brakes are completely fine (and showed me why), and generally made sure I only paid for what was necessary. In conclusion: Jiffy Lube is always a risk; good management and honest employees make all the difference in the world. Will be staying away from Hadley for the foreseeable future.
