I honestly cannot recommend Kim and Jim enough. I've never purchased a car from a dealership before and am generally super put off by "car salesman" vibes, but as soon as I walked in with questions about a car I saw out front, I felt like I was talking to a family member. Kim was honest, direct, and walked me through every step of the process without once pressuring me. She was patient when I needed a little extra time to sort out some bank and registration issues on my end, provided all of the car's history without hesitation, and took care of all of the registration steps for me. Came across this dealer one day while searching for a new car with my Dad, and I'm glad we found it. Managed to find a car that had all the options I was looking for, with low miles at a great price! I generally harbor some concern that a used car dealer will try to take advantage of me. Jim and Kim at the Auto Factory impressed me with their honest and transparent business practices, pride in providing a good product, and their goodwill. There was no sales pressure. Unlike other dealers they did not try to charge a "documentation" fee. As Jim said, "why would I charge a fee for paperwork that I am legally required to give you anyway?"
