Extremely nice staff ! Very friendly on the phone and in person. They have a drop box to make early drop off possible which was very helpful. My Vehicle was returned clean and with no issues, even the smallest detail of using black tape to secure the windshield instead of some ugly colored tape made a difference for me! Highly recommended. Will be back with other vehicles thank you.

Above and beyond exceptional service. Just had one question about something for Daniel Johnson who is the Shop Manager. He was able to answer all questions and provided the best option available. Thanks. Can’t remember the last time I experienced service like this. When the technician came out it was replaced and taken care of efficiently.

They did a very good job replacing my windshield. Once they found my record, it didn’t take very long to do the job. About a hour and a half like was told when I came a week before to make the appointment. Considering they had a lot of other customers. Their small waiting area was kept very warm, for a cold day. They could have given me written form and receipt.

One of the absolute best customer service experiences ever. Danny is amazing! From the moment we walked in, he was taking care of a customer and he immediately greeted us and said he would be right with us. When he finished with that customer, he welcomed us again, explained everything, offered us coffee, water & snacks. While we sat and waited, he engaged in conversation and made us feel like family. Honestly, I would never have expected this type of service from an Autoglass place. Danny's customer service skills exceeded my expectations by far. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone I know.

My experience with Auto Glass was excellent from my initial call and very good estimate. The front window was perfectly replaced and calibrated and on time. The manager, Dan was so pleasant to work with and so accommodating when we were delayed and could not pick up the car before closing . He assured me that the car would be kept safe, and we could pick it up the next day. I recommend this service without hesitation. Peggy Walsh
