First time here. Dropped the car off and used they key drop box on a Sunday. They were able to get me in and checked out on Monday, even with the shop busy. Parts were ordered, and we were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Diagnosed properly, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use the again

I see they deleted my review. Here it is again. Couldn't do a simple OEM clutch job, even after I sent them links to videos to show exactly how to do it. Didn't install the rear main seal I gave them. Greg said it "looked good". Car has 150,000 miles on it. When I went back with a solution to the noisy throw-out bearing, Greg told me to take it to a dealer. Top man. Real integrity.

10/10 ALWAYS !!! Gregg and Team always treat you like family and get the job done (on short notice too!) at a great price!! I needed some emergency work done on my car and based on recommendations from neighbors and reviews on line, I drove up to West Lake Auto Center and spoke to Greg, one of the owners. He could not have been any nicer. My engine light was on and he explained that they were busy and probably would not get to look at my car until Tuesday…several days from when I went. Greg told me that he would TRY to take a look at my car the next day if I dropped it off, but I actually left it the night before.
