Im very big on customer service and honesty. One thing that I can say about this business is that they truly care about their customers and are very honest. They don't try to upsale and add unnecessary work to your bill just to cash out and that alone will keep customers coming back. If anything they will give an honest opinion of what is an immediate safety concern versus what can wait until your next visit. I also love that they stay in communication about what they have to do to your car and give you a detailed receipt with what was done to your vehicle. It also helps to have a ride back home while you wait on service to be completed and they'll even come pick you back up if you live local. As a first time customer I am pleased with the overall experiance. The check in process was quick and easy. Communication was good. The report describing the condition of the vehicle is very detailed but consise. They perform the service you requested without trying to sell you on additional services

These guys are a class act, professional trusted and make you feel at home. I remember over 25 years ago when I had a problem with my car and the dad looked at it for me and it was a simple fix. Literally took him two seconds something came lose and he put it back on and said your good to go. He refused to take my money and said what for putting a hose back come on. That was the day I continued to recommend everyone I knew. My kids go to their shop, I will have to admit it has been a while because we always buy new cars. We did not trade in our car this time and had an issue. Minor one but they handled it. Customer service changed with technology and only has made it better.
