Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The guys at Enterprise were Amazing! AJ helped at the time of rental! My experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations! Burrell dropped me off at at my friends home after the rental. That’s the reason Enterprise is always my go to for car rentals. They will always be #1!

This is a great Enterprise! Art & Nicole are very pleasant to work with. They are very knowledgeable and professional paying close attention to detail and making sure the customer needs are satisfied. I would definitely go back to this location and highly recommend it! They have a big selection of cars and they’re always ready to assist the clients. Great customer service!

This is not the best place to rent cars. We booked a premium crossover but received a Honda Odyssey. When we went to pick up the car, it had not been washed or vacuumed. We raised this concern, and they offered a $25 reimbursement for us to get it cleaned ourselves. The employees do not have much information and are only there to explain the benefits of insurance. Overall, it was a very bad experience. So, if you are looking for a rental car, skip this place.

From this location to all all the locations in Jersey, I am not sure which location has the worst customer service on earth. This place from the manager Rohan to AJ and all the staff in this location are so useless and just careless. Worst place to rent a car and they just do not care for you at all. Just the worst team ever, thus why other locations have complained about this location because after having such a bad experience I went to another location and they told "From knowing the manager at the Colonia site I am not surprised you had such bad experience". Such a useless team and I will never rent with enterprise again.

I've always rented from Enterprise. I needed a one way rental from NJ to CA. Enterprise never fails me and both the Colonia NJ office and the Colma CA office were a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to rent from Enterprise as I travel frequently.
