Very pleasant experience! I had to reschedule a few times and the woman I spoke to on the phone (Brittany) was amazing. Best prices in Durham. Trust me I did my research! They also offer mobile service where they come to you for only $50 more! The entire process start to finish took less than an hour and a half. The tech cleaned all the glass off the dash and made sure the windshield was sparkling after he reinstalled the rear view mirror! This is a very busy establishment but for me price comparison is more important than having them come to my location to do the lass replacement. The price was roughly 50% less than Safelite. The staff was fine I got there approximately 20 minutes before my 11am appointment and was told we won’t start until your scheduled time of 11:00, ok the moved my car into the garage at roughly 11:10 and the job was complete by 12:30. The rest room sucks and should be renovated from the padlocked door outside and around the corner. Overall I am totally satisfied with the work they did!

Our driver's window was shattered by debris from a truck on the highway. Auto Glass in Durham gave us the best repair price. The manager was very professional and courteous not only to the customers who walked in to drop off their vehicles, but to all the callers who phoned in. The lobby was clean, had plenty of chairs, and a television with entertaining programming to watch while waiting. I brought my car in at 8 am and chose to wait; the repair was made in less than 45 minutes.

Got me in quickly, and out on time. Better price than a competitor I checked. The chip repair is still visible but hopefully will not get worse, it’s important to note they fully explained that the repair would not be invisible. I would recommend them.
