Competitive pricing, easy to schedule and polite, professional services. I called up about 5 places in the Twin Cities. Most were responsive but Auto Glass Pro listened to my issue, offered multiple solutions and had the best pricing. On top of that, the service professional who came to my work to replace the windshield was timely and professional. Everything was easy and well done. I highly recommend.

Really can't say enough good things about this place. My parents were visiting from PA and on their last day here, got a huge crack in their windshield creating an unsafe situation for them to drive back. The team at Auto Glass Professionals got me in within 45 minutes & the truck done in an hour or so. Incredibly grateful for their quick turn around, professionalism and kindness!

My husband & I were 5 min away from home, on our way to Duluth for our honeymoon. My back windshield of my Ford escape popped & then we realized it had shattered but hadn't fell off of the frame. Auto Glass Professionals were able to get us in really quickly & to have the technician come with the glass as soon as they could. Very great service, the technician even cleaned up all the glass in the trunk. Thank you for getting us in and out in a jiffy!! 😀

I knocked my rear view mirror down, I called and they said they’ll see what they can do…they fixed it within 5 minutes. If I ever need any glass work done, they’ll be my go to. They were so kind and got me in and out today (the day before Thanksgiving). I’ll be recommending them to EVERYONE!

I got a repair done on the chip in my car windshield on November 11 now December 3 and the resin has popped out of the crack that they filled when I called and asked them for assistance. They said another repair couldn’t be made and offered me no other solutions aside from getting Replacement. There’s no let’s come out and look at it to see why it would’ve failed just no assistance whatsoever. When I did ask about someone coming out to look at it, they said, even if it was repairable, they couldn’t do it in this weather unless I had a heated garage which unfortunately I don’t And I wouldn’t be able to make it to them for at least two weeks because I have a full work schedule but once again they offered me no other options. I would definitely not recommend this company.
