This store is very depressing, they have limited auto parts on empty shelves and a lot of inventory are old with plenty of dust. Came in looking for regular sockets and didn’t get acknowledged by the one worker in the store. Unsure how this store has a 4+ rating…
Usually, the guys are amazing. This guy turned his back on me and started twiddling a part, then talked to other staff. He finally acknowledged me and searched for the part that another staff got for him. Rude
I just brought my optima red cap batteries to them out of my truck that I did not purchase from them but because they are a dealer they honored the factory 3 year warranty and replaced both of them going forward I will be using then for all my automotive part needs what awesome customer service will recommend them to everyone looking for good service and auto part
