Tsunami Express Car Wash

I absolutely loved this car wash when I first bought my membership. It was conveniently located on my way home from work, and the clean I was getting was great. The gentleman that is usually there is always super nice as well. I don’t know if corporate is neglecting this location or what is going on. It hasn’t been open that long and it seems to have a lot of issues. The fast pass membership lane hasn’t been working for awhile now, and the only other lane moves slow as well with the computer not working now. I attempted to vacuum a few weeks ago only for the vacuums to not be working. I’ve stuck it out because I understand there’s growing pains. But after today I cancelled my membership. I stopped on my way home from work as usual around 2:15pm, computer still not working, no one around. T

The staff was super friendly and kind (the only reason for 2 stars). The main reason I went was for the wash and that was disappointing. The main concern I have with winter coming is getting salt off my car. The side of my car on both sides directly behind the tires still had dirt and you can see where the brushes didn’t quite do a full scrub in my photos. Same with the back window. I know modern cars have issues with the roof coming down over the window, but only like 50% of my back window was cleaned after it was done way below the roof overhang. Again you can see where the brushes started cleaning, but just weren’t able to fully clean I guess? I used the free T2 wash I got from their online intro offer and likely won’t be using them again in the future if my car isn’t going to be comple

Carwash itself is good enough. But it was impossible to get in contact with them. I moved to CO so I wanted to cancel the subscription. But my license plate wasn't connected to my account. I called, email them several time. But no answer. I had to change my card itself so that I don't get charged. I recommend people to use other car wash places.

This car wash used to be very good. However lately lots of issues cause they have upgraded their software and the new employees are very rude. I had 6 cars on my membership every time one of my cars are there we had to wait for over 10 min then they will comeback qnd say your membership is canceled and we are worki to activate due to their software issue. No more i will take my business somewhere else

Very disappointed with this location, I was going here for 2 months no issue and then there was an attendant who directed me in and I believe he was neligent when directing me into to wheel track and the track ended up causing damage to my rim and sheered the air valve stem off completely to the point where I lost all tire pressure in my front wheel. The attendant and manager on duty offered zero help I was forced to call AAA for assistance. I was promised a GM would me contacting me and I never received any calls! I had to bring my tire in and have the stem completely replaced. While I liked the car wash provided due to the negligence of the attendants I would NEVER recommend this car wash if you don't want damage to your rims and tires.
