Heartland Tire SLP

I’ve been here twice recently and walked away both times feeling like I wasn’t getting honest information. The first visit was for a brake inspection. I was told I needed all new brakes, rotors, and drums. That didn’t make sense because my front brakes still have several months of life left, and the rotors were replaced not long ago. I went back another day for a simple tire repair — a small nail hole right in the center of the tread. They said it couldn’t be fixed and tried selling me four new tires. I went home and patched it myself with no issues, and the tires are completely fine. Based on these two experiences, I don’t feel comfortable trusting their recommendations. Would not return.

I’ve always had a great experience here. I used to take my old Jeep I had here and started back up again with my current Jeep. I’ve never felt once like I was being taken advantage of and they have always been very honest & transparent. They never pressure you and are very understanding of your situation. I always recommend this place to anyone I know. Any surprise repairs or issues can really sting, but they ease it with a good experience to solve the issue and get you back on track. You can tell they truly want to help. I also get oil changes here and they are also great. 🫶🏻

I had really really bad experience. Because I brought my car, with pretty much a working and spraying windshield flude,. And I ended up picking my car. Did not use the windshield fluid for a day or so, after i pock ip, oh, boy, when I use it, it was shooting from the hood to the sky. It was not spraying .Nothing on the windshield mirror at all. I would have easily noticed it during this wintertime, if my windshield fluid not working. I am not sure what else it's messed up, i have no trust anymore whatsoever. I know a lot of mechanics 4 car purposely damage a customer's car. So they can go back and fix it with them again. This is a shame. Brought my new car in for some alignment issues recommended from enterprise car sales. They were very helpful and took care of everything at no expense to me. The inside of the facility where you wait for your vehicle was very nice, they had couches, television, and food and drinks while you wait.

I was skeptical about chain stores but Jeff helped me. He was kind, and took the time to explain my options for tires. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best tires that were in my budget and he helped arrange my brake repair and alignment. UPDATE:11/10 I had a screw in my tire. I didnt have an appointment and was told there would be roughly 1-2 hour wait. I waited there and was prepared for the wait. To my surprise they got me in and out in about 30 minutes. You guys are awesome! I will definitely be going to Heartland for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you, and I will definitely be returning soon!
