Auto Glass Warehouse

Used AGW for years. Used to have a business in the area and bought 12 or so windshields a year. This is the best glass company in town by far. Had to use again recently and the service is as good as ever. Best prices, quick service and quality work. Can't ask for more.

I could not give higher praise to the team at Auto Glass Warehouse. I went to the Fort Myers location for windshield replacement in my 05 Newmar DutchStar. There were a number of issues in dealing with my insurance company and, they supplied aftermarket windshields which did not fit. As you can expect this caused me a great deal of concern. Auto Glass Warehouse worked with my insurance company and we’re very involved in solving the issue. I now have OEM glass that fits beautifully and I’ll be happily on my way. It’s hard to find any business these days with old school style, Customer Service is number one with them and they were diligent to provide it. If you have an issue give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

Chris and his team are fantastic. I needed a windshield on my fiancee's 2014 Honda Civic, and they were able to get it done in less than 24 hours. They were not only timely, but provided exceptional service by following up to make sure everything went smoothly. It's rare that any company would go above and beyond– especially in this industry where it is usually transactional since your insurance company foots the bill. Not Chris, he and his team understands the importance of getting customers back on the road and providing good service. That is how you run a business.

Very nice people and customer service was great! They told me how long it would take and it took just that maybe even less, definitely recommend especially because it’s cheaper than other places for the same great work

If I could give zero stars I would- Liars and incompetent people. 4 days in a row now we have been waiting for a window replacement. The office is super incompetent, ordered the wrong part 2 times and claimed the glass broke in shipment the 3rd time. Had to drive 30 min there and back 3 days in a row. Still did not get my window fixed. Nick was great, having to come out each time as well. The office is terrible, clarify very well what you need from them first.
