AUTO GLASS XPRESS

My boyfriend has an old truck and the windshield seal was bad. We tried calling Safelite and couldn’t get an actual person on the phone so we ended up calling Brian to see if he could help us and he did the same day! Very fast and responsive, and he did a great job. Highly recommend!!!

I ended up cancelling my appointment today 10/31/2020 after they were 2 hours late for my appointment. Scheduled for 11:30am, I called at 11:35 and left a message. Person called me back at 12:03 and said they had a couple people before me so I asked what time they thought they would be over... person said around 1:00pm. At 1:20pm I called again and nobody answered. I left a message to cancel my appointment and that I'll go with someone else. I believe when you schedule an appointment, the vendor should be on time or at least have the decency to call you back and reschedule.

Met up with me within a half hour of contact. Were fast, thorough, and knowledgeable. Very competitive prices when compared to other auto glass shops.
