I had a wonderful experience for my first maintenance visit since purchasing my new Subaru. The staff is helpful and friendly, and West Herr created a warm and welcoming waiting area with comfy chairs and tasty beverages. Not a bad way to wait for your service to be completed!

I took my car in for it's annual inspection. The dealership is clean, organized and all the people I came in contact with were professional and nice. Mercedes, in reception, is very helpful and so nice. My car was ready when promised, I received a video explaining the service and an estimate for work they recommended. Great experience.

Very professional, cheerful. Fully explains what repairs need to be done. Keeps you updated several times in the waiting area, estimates time needed to complete repairs, etc. Would highly recommend this facility.

In for NYS inspection...Mercedes signed me in and handled my visit. Very professional, straightforward...kept me informed. Had questions about spring tire replacement options and recommended an alignment. Will research options she gave me and compare to Dunn and Tire Rack. Very pleased, except they dont have a car wash, lol
