We had a great experience purchasing a used travel trailer from Hossfeld RV! Chuck is very chill yet extremely helpful, he let us take our time looking inside multiple campers. He never pressured us or hovered around anxiously, but was always ready to answer any questions and show us any features we were curious about. We found the camper we thought would work for us, then took a couple of days to decide while we checked out pricing online for similar models. Chuck had the best deal and we came right back to finalize our purchase. He took care of the plates and registration for us, overall it was the one of the best sales experiences we've ever had. I just bought a used boat from Chuck and had an amazing experience from start to finish. He was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. We had our kids with us the first time we went to see the boat who expressed their excitement and eagerness to get on the boat. Chuck, who didn’t want to disappoint them, went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the boat in the water as quickly as possible… even meeting me before his business hours.
