West Herr Honda of Lockport Service and Parts

A few days ago I noticed it was time to get my Honda's oil changed so as usual I went to West Herr Honda in Lockport. Mark was right there to help me, started the job immediately and got me on my way. The people working at this dealership are all professional but nice and had some snacks and coffee while waiting. Great experience and giving a shout-out to Mark.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car! The team was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my questions. They took the time to explain the details of the trade and made sure I understood everything. To top it off they even brought the car right to my place which made the whole process so much easier due to my spouse current activity limitations. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Kudos to Mike Bundt, Mike Przybyl, and Owen! Highly recommend!

Quick and easy. They were able to get us in the same day. They do a complete check over of your car and even send you a video summary showing you what they looked at, even just for an oil change. It made me feel informed and safe with their feedback. Paul did an amazing job on our car.

Robert, at West Herr was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns on car and reviewed w me what they were going to do. Robert kept me informed on progress and video was provided. As result, the issue was taken care of and not serious. I waited at service department and the wait time was not long, 45min. Other times i've taken my Honda for scheduled maintenance, i've been very pleased. West Herr has excellent reputation and any of their Staff/Personnel are very professional. Thank you to all.

Quick efficient and friendly service. Even though I went in for a recall, they were sure to fully look over my CRV. They made recommendations for upcoming services and provided quotes so I can plan for these. I would recommend them for service on any Honda, whether you purchased from West Herr or not.
