My Auto Masters representative (Marshall) is approachable, professional, was always even tempered. Marshall persistently came with a smile. The timing cove replacement was a 24 hour job that took a little longer than expected. So we spoke quite a few times. I would go back again, just for the great customer service that’s so hard to come bye these days. He’s a reasonable man. Marshall, all the best to you and your team.

We had a great experience at Auto Masters Repair Shop. We came in with a rusted, stripped license plate screw, and their team was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were able to fit us into their schedule the same day, which we truly appreciated. The crew worked together efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they communicated well and took pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re very thankful for their flexibility and excellent service and would highly recommend them.

I took my mom’s car to them because it was miss-firing and running bad. I paid for a full diagnostic of the vehicle. I ended up getting the ignition coils, spark plugs, valve cover and battery replaced. I came to pick up my vehicle. I follow my mom while she drives the vehicle home. Not even 2 miles from the shop it starts overheating.. The whole time this is going on I’m communicating with the mechanic at the shop. This is last Friday so the vehicle sits all weekend in the same spot and they come and tow the vehicle Monday before 1pm. I get a call from the shop around 3pm and they telling me the radiator is cracked and it’s going to cost an additional $890. I’m no professional mechanic but if the radiator was cracked while driving and it had fluid in it….it would be fluid leaked all ov
