Came to Auto Nerd last week from Seymour and after a bad experience at another lot we came here. Nicest people you could meet! Ended up buying an HHR and absolutely love this vehicle! Thank you so much for the help! Will be coming here for the next vehicle for my husband!

I had been searching for the perfect car for months every place that I would go to would either be way too high in price or too high in miles. And other times we would tell the car sales man that we were coming to look at a specific car and they would sell it from underneath me. Very frustrating until I came to auto nerd. Staff was great. Let us test drive it and take the car to inspect it. The car was in perfect condition. It only had 180k miles on it (which is great for a Honda) They even lowered the price for me. It was $2,500 and the took it down to $2,300. I finally got my perfect car after months of searching!!! :) I love my 2003 Honda Accord!!! Just waiting for the title in the mail, but I'm sure it will come quick! Thanks Auto Nerd!!!! Will definetly be coming back here in the futu

They had a 2017 Ford Fiesta for sale in copper color some time ago. The car looked awesome and they were selling it $5000 lower than a similar model with that mileage! The owner had not only written wax eloquent about the low price but added he will give several extra benefits on top. It looked like they were doing you a favor, the price was low because he wanted to have a "quick sale" of such a fine blemish-less car. I checked the title and found that the car was salvaged. This car was reshaped and a lot of work was done. But Auto Nerd had advertised it as "clean". When I showed it to the owner, he rudely waved it off as BS, he claimed he had the original title. The whole experience of purchasing a car was good. The salesman was kind and helpful, but after two weeks the several issues with the brakes were found, and I had to fix them, which cost over $700. I understand that the decision making of buying a used car is my responsibility, but I still feel frustrated that they sold the car with a problem without mentioning it at all.

Not a trustworthy business. Was excited to take my son to buy his first car mid August, even explained to the seller that my son needed something reliable and it was his first car. Took it for a test drive with the "original owner" and everything seemed good, He bragged about putting in the stereo and that no service lights were on, claimed he bought it new in 2005 and always had it serviced at the dealership.
