Auto Pride Hand Car Wash

This was my husband's work car. He spilt coffee and treated this car poorly. I have never seen this car so clean after the interior detailing. Outdoor waiting area. Bring cash for the tip box. Reasonable pricing. Don't be in a rush bring a book and let them do their magic.

I’ve been coming to Auto Pride in Burlingame for about three years and even used to bring my other car here. Unfortunately, the past few visits have been very disappointing. Each of the last three times I came, I noticed damage on the rims on the left side — the side that goes onto the wash track. It’s not regular wear and tear; the marks clearly come from the machine. I decided to let it slide until today, when the track actually broke my new rim protector as well. When I brought this up, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership, which they did, but when I asked about repairing the rim — something they’ve offered to do in the past for my other car — the manager on duty, Winston, said it wasn’t their responsibility. Payed $35 for a full body wash and $100 for a car wax. I thought was a reasonable price but after the wash I noticed the car was still dirty and had to point it for them to clean it. Then for the wax which was a $100, it took one person 5 minutes. You would think for a $100 service it would at least take more than 25 minutes.

been to car washes in many states across the U.S. and this was easily the worst one. charged over $50 for an exterior wash and somehow still missed obvious dirt. insanely overpriced and terrible quality. do not recommend

Luis did an over the top gesture for me today - - just an example of them always wanting to do their best for their customers I drove into the the wash in Burlingame, they were just getting ready to clost as it was raining. But I needed my car washed as it had been parked for an extended period and the rain was not helping ths issue. Bottom line - - Luis opened the wash, ran my car through and closed it up thereafter Thank so much Luis!
