Guy is either DISHONEST OR INCOMPETENT!!! I got sold a vehicle that didn't even have a functional battery cable. The day I left with it I stopped for gas and it wouldn't start. When I brought it back i was billed $217 to fix a problem i was sold the car with, which didn't fix any of the other problems he sold me the car with. The vehicle had a lot of other problems, unbeknown to me as when a negative cable is bad the error codes constantly reset. I'd trust the worst politician before Beto. Guy is a great businessmen. He makes it so he can sell you a car that he can charge you more to fix. It's brilliant if you are dishonest like him. Did an amazing job detailing my car, tell I got into inspect and take picture of my car so I can sale it. Then I noticed my plastic around my radio was different in color (darker) my cars interior is black with silver trim. And it had drip Mark's on it that wont come off. They did it to my heater vent on both driver side and passenger and the door handles. I went back in and asked them to come look at it and they said they dont see anything wrong and they use professional products. Then they proceed to get the stuff they use and redo an are and show me it wouldn't make it darker. But my door handle and the trim on the steering wheel are light silver and know my dash broad trim is a darker silver. Would not go back. I payed $199.95 refund me half my money back but to fix there mistake who

I would like to take a second to give a HUGE thank you to Auto Pros on Idaho street (across from CVS) we took in carlos's DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY work car, it was seriously so nasty inside I wouldn't sit in it!! It had grime in all nooks and crannies and smelled like feet! When I saw this car today I couldn't believe how amazing they did! It's so clean and smells good!!! I can't thank them enough for working so hard to clean this car for us!! If you're looking to get a amazing detailing job done, to the point of your car looking like it just came off the car lot I HIGHLY recommend going to see them! Most rude people I've ever met. First of all, he has an exclusive contract with the state to install devices to prevent duis where people are court mandated to buy the device. They take advantage of people who have no choice but to install the device. They overcharge for it and claim to be Christian. Secondly, They placed my muffler on, soldering it, and never disconnected the battery, which led to several issues in my electrical. It forced me to buy an entire electrical chasis. I mean also they xixnt replace the entire muffler, soldering on Rust. When you go in to talk to them about it, they are rude and refuse to acknowledge they don't know what they're doing. I'll now have to dispute this with the bank as they don't feel the need to refund.

Originally over the phone the person I spoke with was extremely rude, but had to have the interlock device installed so I had to deal with them, this allowed me to sit and wait for an hour plus and watch this business run. This place is crazy busy but I tell you it was extremely well run for all the commotion, they not only did cars on the lot but as people come in as well, One guy had a 500 dollar job that they had to turn down to do my vehicle to which they only make $7 on from smart start. Which they do NOT have to do, it is done as a community service to Elko as nobody else in Elko will do it saving us a trip to Reno 1X a month.
