Auto Shine of Rincon

I wanted to purchase the deluxe wash, but the girl at check out talked me into an extra (which I was ok because I thought it was worth it because it had been months since the car had been cleaned). There were multiple spots on the doors that were not wiped & cleaned. Also, on the passenger side middle console had crumbs and a mayo packet. The fee of $70 + $20 tip was not worth it. I didn’t even get a scent sprayed in the car.

I had a very disappointing experience at Auto Shine. The service provided was far below expectations — not only was the job incomplete, but there was also a lack of attention to detail. When I tried to address my concerns, the manager showed no empathy and was dismissive instead of attempting to resolve the issue. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, Auto Shine failed to deliver both in quality and professionalism. I would not recommend this business.

They washed my truck a month or so ago. I went back yesterday only to find out the last time my truck was washed there it got stuck inside the machine that washes the vehicles, and they had to pull it out / without my knowledge while I was sitting in the waiting area on the opposite side of the washing area. Because my tires are too wide. I wasn't informed that my truck had gotten stuck the last time I was there. They offered to hand wash my truck this time for $80 outside only and and $150 for inside and out. They offer a complete detail job for $60 which is what they did the last time my truck was there. I was told they hand washed the truck the last time and the people when you pulled out did the rest wasn't sure why they were going to charge me $60 this time to clean the inside when

RK did a wonderful job as usual the team leader Miss Katy needs to take some classes on dealing with the public was checked in paid to include exterior armor. Employee did not put it on my ticket. The employee verified at the price included armor all she requested that the armor all be paid in addition in order for RK to continue very very sorry wouldn’t recommend her. I will not return when she’s here very disrespectful to the folks that work with her as well
