Honestly i’ve never had more fun at a auto shop. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, they explained everything very clearly and took their time finding me an affordable option for my tire. Everytime we called we were able to come in that same day, not once did we feel like we weren’t dealing with honest people. We ended up leaving with a hell of a deal and a great experience, oh also 2 new shirts from them! They have snacks and coffee to keep you entertained. Tyler, (who was working on our vehicle) took the time to take our tire off again to show us the damage and had no problem explaining everything they found. My son Cameron has been trying to get his car running since August when his motor blew. After several failed attempts to get it back up and running I called Matt Davis and told him our issues and asked him to help us. He towed the car from my son’s job in Garden City last Tuesday, had a brand new ford motor ordered on Wednesday and had the car ready for us to pick up the following Tuesday. Not only did he personally keep me updated but he had his Tech communicating with us via text and phone call through the process as well. This location was extremely disappointing. After having new tires installed, I had to return due to a noticeable shaking and an unusual noise. I was instructed to visit the Rincon location instead of the newer facility. When I arrived, I observed several employees in the back area, and there was a strong odor of marijuana present. After checking in, the front desk representative informed me that the technician was recommending new tires. I explained that the tires had been installed by Davis Tire just two weeks prior. This raised serious concerns about whether the vehicle was properly inspected or if parts were being recommended unnecessarily to increase the service cost.
