Mavis Tires & Brakes

THIS PLACE IS A BLATANT SCAM!!! IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED, GO ELSEWHERE. I came here on 1/06/26 with my 2006 Toyota Sienna for a brake inspection. When I came in, I told them I probably needed new pads on front and back because I hadn’t had them changed in a while and was concerned about audible squeaking. After a bit, I was contacted by the front desk on behalf of the technician informing me that nothing was wrong with my brakes. The pads were fine and I might’ve just needed a brake flush to “help with the sponge feeling. This wasn’t a concern I had when I brought it in, but I was quoted only about 110 or so dollars to correct the issue, so I agreed. After about 30 minutes, I was contacted by another person, I think the manager, who had a completely different attitude and story. H

Good customer service. Went above and beyond to get parts for my car. BUT! They didn’t do a good job replacing my brakes. I let them know I had to travel from Savannah to Charlotte. I made it an hour out and the brakes malfunctioned and eventually gave out on the freeway. Thank God I was able to maneuver the car to a near lot. On the bright side, once I arrived in Charlotte, I was able to call another Mavis and they corrected the mistakes.

I visited Mavis Tire in Rincon, Ga for a qoute on a new set of tires, 4 new TPS sensors and oil change. The store manager provided a qoute on a few brands of tires that were the same or comparable to what is currently on the vehicle- that i purchased at Mavis 5 yesrs ago and very plessed with that set. He also provided some pros and cons of different options for TPS. Overall the qoutes were the best in the area for all the work requested. Tony and Jake understood my desire to have a quiet, smooth riding, and long life tire. I am pleased with the selection of tire I decided to purchase. This is a knowledgeable and professional team. I recommend anyone looking to purchase tires or other service needs to check with this team.

I visited this Mavis for the first time and I was amazed of the great first impression. Tony met me with a welcoming smile and a friendly approach. He reassured me that my concerns would be addressed and resolved. That there took a lot of weight off my shoulder. Then Bryant the service guy took really good care of, no great care of my tire replacement. Explained the issues and took care of it. Highly recommend.

Really great experience here today! Truly hard to find these days, a shop that isn’t always looking to sell you something whether you actually need it or not. Had my brakes checked today as I was SURE they needed to be replaced and they checked and said the pads and rotors were good. Went ahead and had tire pressure sensors replaced after I determined brakes weren’t needed since the sensors were bad. Staff is good with customer service as well. Highly recommend this shop.
