I recently had body work done on my car and Crash Champions took great care of me. They worked directly with both my insurance company and the car rental company which made things simple for me. My estimator Lee and customer care rep Marissa were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Lee went above and beyond in temporarily securing a damaged panel at the time of my estimate so that I could safely drive the car until the actual repair was made. I appreciated receiving text progress updates and was pleased that my car was ready as promised. The body work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Crash Champions.

This business is very professional and friendly. The technician which is Thomas did a great job with my vehicle. He was very therial and the body work, paint & repairs all look great. He kept me up to date from start to finish with my vehicle as promised. Also the receptionist Marissa was very kind & friendly as well. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service from this shop.

2 weeks ago i had a co worker back into my 3 day old Brand new (to me) audi q5 2 seperate times , i was initially nervous, because ive never had a new car, and or had to bring my car to a body shop, the woman behind the front desk was extremely polite, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about what and how everything was going to get done , and made a comfortable environment for a very uncomfortable situation, when i picked my car up, the techs did a wonderful job and showed no signs of previous damage , though i only spoke with 1 tech he was also straighforward and very polite, keep up the good work Rincon Crash Champions!
