Auto Stop Elite

Auto Stop Elite really impressed me! I brought in my little lemon for the first time and the guys up front were so nice about it. I haven’t had my car serviced in a long time and all 3 men up front were very reassuring that they’d do everything they could to get it back on the road safely. Drew, Ben and Franz were all super kind. Prices are fair and they’re honest about diagnosis and work. The mechanic who test drove my car to diagnose it was scared to even drive it up the road LOL (God bless him). As bad as it was, they called me to let me know it was done the same day I dropped off. They also gave me a cool loaner car while my car was worked on. Amazing service and they offer a rewards system! I’ll be back for future services!

The service there is always great! I have been to the Great falls location a few times and the great service stands out. The reasons for my recent visit there was to buy and install new tires and it came with many benefits (Like free life time tire rotations, free patching of tire incase of insertion of a nail, and gave me a free first alignment), all this for a decent price. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable/ knowledgeable Auto shop.

I truly have never experienced such incredible service — I am genuinely blown away. This auto shop is absolutely top tier in every way. Mark and the entire team took the BEST care of me and made the whole experience feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with Auto Stop Elite that I felt they truly deserved it. I brought my car in for brake pad replacement, and the level of professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the job properly, and even let me know that their work is backed by a warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence. What really stood out is that they handled the job the right way, something the dealer I took it to prior couldn’t even manage to do correctly. It’s rare to find a shop that is both honest and highly skilled, but Auto Stop Elite is definitely one of them. I have been a customer at Auto Stop Elite for several years now and recently took my car to their location in Great Falls and received prompt and fantastic service. The staff treat their customers with exceptional professionalism and do not try to encourage people to have services done to their vehicle unnecessarily. They are my favorite shop to work with based on their quality of work, customer service, transparency and pricing. If you need work done on your vehicle this is the absolute best place to have it done, highly recommend! Additionally, Ben was awesome to work with, really helped me navigate what needed to be serviced and how I can do that over time!
