VA Auto Spa

This company is by far the BEST in the business, hands down! It’s so hard to find good detailers, I’m extremely picky & particular when it comes to my car but I’ve stayed with them for probably going on 20 years now! I’ve tried other companies over the years, but no one ever measures up to VAAutoSpa. DeJaun is legit-he knows what he’s doing & I’m proud to call him my friend! This company is definitely the Gold standard when it comes to detailing.

VA Auto Spa did an outstanding job. Junior and Cesar (Mobile 1) detailed my wife’s Mercedes and my Raptor, and the results were incredible. They showed up early, finished ahead of schedule, and were professional from start to finish. Both vehicles look brand new inside and out. The attention to detail was obvious, and they didn’t miss a thing. Great job all around. I will absolutely be hiring them again. Highly recommend.

Uodate: The management team quickly took care of my concerns. Great customer service! I paid $300 for a car detail service and initially loved it- the exterior was fantastic. But after I jumped in and drove off, I quickly noticed 2 spots that werent touched. I normally wouldn’t care much, as most of the job seems to be well done but paying $300 for a detail service kinda means you should get a spotless car, especially knowing my car wasn’t too dirty to begin with. And $300 is more expensive than many other local detail services. A bit disappointed.

We had VA Auto Spa do both of our SUV’s today and we were blown away! Edwin and Jr made our trucks look brand new. Im so glad they come to Maryland. The whole process was extremely easy and convenient from scheduling to service. Thanks VA Auto Spa we will definitely use you guys again.

UPDATE: VA Auto Spa reached out and made things right. Guys showed up and made sure the car looks spotless! Respect to this vendor for excellent customer care. I will be definitely coming back. At a glance, Mobile Unit 1 did a pretty good job. However, upon close examination, I found a number of obvious spots where they simply missed to clean them properly.
