I took my Subaru in to get an estimate after a minor bumper scratch occurred. My car had a decent size paint chip and a lot of paint from the other car smeared onto my bumper. Chuvy was the individual who quickly gave me an estimate to repair it to look as good as new. I took the quote home to think about it. After a couple of days, I asked if we could do a less expensive repair. This is our kid car and I was okay with the car having some scratches on it and wanted to see if we could do something more affordable (knowing it would not look like new). Chuvy asked if I could bring the car back and he spent some time on my car getting all of the paint smears off and quickly touched up the paint while I waited. The new owners of Metro Motors Collision of Vienna, who purchased the previous Auto Body of Vienna earned my trust and appreciation. We worked with Bruce and his team for years and you know how working with new owners is a leap of faith. Geraldo and his crack team in the front office were very responsive. We had to replace a front bumper, grill, and other underneath brackets. More importantly, the expensive long-distance radar unit used to keep you from getting too close and instant braking on the BMW M550 was not operational and needed replacing. So it was a delicate procedure. They had everything done perfectly in 5 days! They worked well with Enterprise Rental and made that process painless. Outstanding service at every stage. Kai did a fantastic job of shepherding me through the entire process of having my car's front radar replaced. From the estimate to dealing with the insurance company to providing me my final documents, he was professional and patient in dealing with me (and I am a person who worries alot).
