One star is too much! I showed up with my wife and two kids walking to outside lot from new cars to used. I saw no one. I went into the used car building for over an hour. I was never greeted and couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledge my presence. I was hoping to replace my gls550 we need and bigger family car and was hoping to buy a new commuter vehicle for myself. We looked at several vehicles on our own and couldn’t even get eye contact from anyone they were all on their phones. Never go here unless you are trying to wait out traffic. At least the salesmen won’t be bugging you. The place looks great but there is no way to buy a car from here. I had to ask someone taking out the trash if they were about to close….this is the service you get at 515 on a Saturday

I bought a 2020 Toyota 4Runner from Jabr at this dealership about a week ago for the wife and it was by far the easiest car purchasing process I’ve ever experienced. Jabr was extremely transparent, continued sending me cars that fit my criteria so I didn’t waste my time coming to look at a vehicle that wasn’t a good fit (considering it was a hour & half commute), and took care of me once we sat down to do paperwork. I got a used car last week and I have to say, this was one the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had. Khalil Chadad and Kevin Artola took amazing care of us. They really went above and beyond and made sure we got the best car and the best deal. They really listened and we felt very comfortable with our choice at the end. So, buying a used car for me is just finding the right car at the right price. Koons had that car for my last two purchases. Once at Koons Arlington and most recently at Koons Tysons. Working with the customer level people is sometimes difficult at any type of business but, anytime I've had a problem, I reach out to management and they are responsive, almost within the hour, even on a sunday. Big purchases are never easy but, when it gets difficult, the management team at Koons Tysons is there to help and to ensure you have the customer experience that brings you back to buy a third car from them.
