Had a 5 star review at first. after checking it over the first time at the shop and they missed a bunch of stuff like cutting my wires to coolant sensor and other wires clean off and crash bar 3-4 inches off still. Then my headlights weren’t supposed to be installed just the crash bar and fix the fender gaps . Come to find out they busted my core support and tried to jb weld it back together but didn’t mix it right but it never hardened so they put my headlights in to try and hide everything and on top of that use self tappers to Hold it in place because it didn’t line up after breaking the support. The owner did not tell me any of this happened either I had to find out on my own. Wicked shady

The best and only body shop and mechanics in the Birmingham Metro area! I wouldn’t trust my truck to anyone else, the one time I let the dodge dealership touch my truck I got screwed. Jon and his guys are by far the best, they will do you right!

Very unprofessional and poor communication. I was told to drop off my truck early in the morning and I would receive it within 4-5 hours or by the end of the day. My truck did not get worked on until 3pm that day. I was calling throughout the day for updates. I told the tech at 2pm that I would like a refund since my truck wasn't being worked and I needed my truck to go to work (paying out of pocket). He told to me wait until the boss comes in since he could not authorize refund and he would tell the boss to call me. He called around 3pm saying he is working hard on my truck and have it ready by the end of the day and would stay late to fix. He also knew I needed my truck to go to work the next morning. He called at 4:58pm saying he needed the glass to be tooken off so my truck would be a

This shop is great.. My car ran hot while I was traveling during the holidays and I ended up having to get a water pump replaced.. They were quick and efficient on getting me back on the road within 3 hours of arriving.. Highly recommended their services..
