Gerber Collision & Glass

When I say Gerber Collision & Glass will be the only body shop I use going forth, I mean it. Not only did my vehicle come back to me earlier than scheduled, they washed, vacuumed, and cleaned it! And every day almost updated its progress via text messaging. Trust me. This is where you want your car to be when in need of repair. Highest of recommendations!!!

Great Place and Friendly Staff. They had my car for a week, got it back today. My BMW looks as good today as the day I bought it. My car was cleaned inside and outside even my rims shine. Nice job guys ! I hope there's not a next time but if there is I know where to bring my car.

I had insurance claim repairs done at the Gerber Collision and Glass Moody, AL location, and could not have asked for a better experience! From the second they received claim information they were very proactive and informative. Terry was so pleasant to work with and Tripp did a great job assessing the damage and ensuring my vehicle was repaired correctly. Repairs were done in a timely manner, and the icing on the cake was picking up a fully detailed vehicle inside and out. I am so pleased with my experience and will be recommending this business to everyone!

They were super fast and the text updates at every step kept me informed about my cars repair progress. I really like that. I knew what was happening with my car so I didn't have to call for updates. I hope I don't have to come back honestly (because that would mean my car needs repairs) but if I ever do I'll DEFINITELY be coming back. Staff was super friendly as well!
