Tommy and his team (including Jordan) were exceptional in assessing and resolving the extensive brake problems on my 2004 3500 Ram. I am driving across the country and very much appreciate their timely and professional services. If I lived in this area, I would enjoy being a regular customer.

My low air light came on . I actually got off the wrong exit traveling back to Memphis from Atlanta. Jon/ Kenny was so professional and helpful. They fill my tire with the correct air pressure and gave me some valuable information about having the correct air pressure in my tires.

10/10 highly recommend THIS Express Oil Change over the others and I’m going to tell you why. They care. They go above and beyond. They could teach a masterclass in customer service. My daughter’s 2013 Ford Escape recently had a coolant leak that was repaired here. Jon and his crew were very thorough, kept us updated and even drove us home so we wouldn’t have to Uber! We had another issue with the car that involved a tow truck and a heap of anxiety this morning. Jon (who is the store manager btw, and who was visibly swamped on a Monday morning) diagnosed and fixed what turned out to be a bad vacuum hose. He had us on our way, gratis, in 30 minutes. Thanks again guys! I hope we don’t have to see you for anything but an oil change for a while!!

Kenneth and Devanta provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and took the extra time to make sure all of my tires had the proper air pressure. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for my safety gave me real peace of mind before getting back on the road.
