Bruce's Kart World

After searching extensively online and visiting several places, I was determined to find a high-quality go-kart for my grandson. Once I decided on the HammerHead brand, I found that several companies carried it—but Bruce’s Kart World quickly rose to the top. The team at Bruce’s went above and beyond to make me feel valued. Their expert customer service was truly off the charts. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. If you're in Central Alabama, I highly recommend giving these guys a chance before going anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff at Bruce’s were very helpful and friendly in finding the perfect go-kart for my little boy. They took the time to time to understand our needs. Customer service was top notch. Competitive prices. Addressed needs quickly. Highly recommend!

We searched around at several different places and finally found Bruce’s for our next go karts. Best customer service we have received anywhere and my coworker even went and got one after us. Best prices around also!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Edit: I'm glad you don't feel it's warranted.. someone in my party accidentally mentioned AAA (who I do not use), and you shut us down. No one you recommended was able to tow either. I'm also not the only 1 star review, but I'm sure none of those are warranted either... Outright refused to tow my car... (Response) Yes I am sure, the car was in Leeds, AL. Owner refused towing services when we called. This was from the week of the 7th. It was broken into several days later on the highway. Your service was much appreciated

If I could give less stars I would do so. Charged $460 for tow where 2 wheel drive small pickup was sitting upright no more than 10 feet off road. I woyld never never recommend and will share my experience with state troopers to se if they are aware of this behavior of up charging for items to increase revenue that should already be in tow charge.
